THE LANGUAGES

In our group we worked on the different languages which are spoken by Catalan, German, Italian, French and Roman people. We have explained about our languages and when we started to learn foreing languages.

German: 5th class English, 7th class Latin or French, 9th class French or Latin, 11th class Spanish(not needed).

Catalan: 5 years Spanish, 8 years English or French

Italian: 150 pupils study English and French. 75 pupils only study English and 75 more study German and English.

French: 11 years they can choose between English or German. 12 years: Latin or Greek. 13 years they can choose between Italian, Spanish and German.

Rumanian: 8 years French or English, 11 years they must do the two languages.

Diary:

We started work at 10 o'clock in the morning. We were putting into groups and then we started to think about our project. Also we asked the other teachers of the lands about their school-system in languages.When we have done this we think about a kind of dictionary in 7 languages(Catalan, German, Italy, French, Rumania, Spanish and English.). After thinking about these things we started to put it down on the big paper. We finished the work at half past one andwe went home to have lunch. After these day we started working on this project, which wasn't done, the next day at the same time again.
